- Eat foods containing healthy and proper nutrition.
- Exercise regularly, and consistent in running the training, because exercise helps maintain body weight at a healthy level and reduce the risk of various diseases.
- Enough sleep every night so that the body works to heal itself
- Avoid tobacco and alcohol
- Learning to control stress, as do hobbies, take a walk on the preferred place like beaches, parks etc, leisure and recreation at leisure time.
- Leave our bad habits-habits that can damage health, it becomes a habit to change habits that can benefit us.
